Combine your Visual Merchandise experience, ideally within department store or large retail, with your proven leadership capability to lead a large team of VM specialists at Flagship Myer Melbourne.

As a key member of the store leadership group, the VM Manager - Flagship leads a large team with innovative creative direction to deliver on trend product displays, store windows and engaging merchandise presentations to inspire and excite our customers.

About the role:

Deliver the national strategy for Visual Merchandise (VM) for Myer Melbourne, including in-store execution of marketing and special events
Develop VM plans in conjunction with the national VM team for merchandise presentations, brand placement and special events
Regularly communicate with key stakeholders in-store to build collaboration and engagement
Lead by example, engage, coach and empower your team of VM Managers, Team Leaders, Stylists and Merchandisers

About you:

Solid background within VM with experience implementing creative direction, ideally within department store/large retail environment
VM qualifications highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to work innovatively and collaboratively
Coaching, leading and performance management experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills
Proven time management skills and the ability to multi-task
A love of visual merchandising and commitment to inspiring others with your passion
