Job Description
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and innovative Talent Resourcing Coordinator to join our Talent and Workforce Planning team.
As the Talent Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition strategies while providing and implementing fresh approaches to the way we work.
This is a broad role with multiple facets.Working with the Talent Resourcing Manager AU/NZ, you will leverage data to help build out key strategies across advertising effectiveness, marketing engagement, workforce planning insights, and ways to make business processes more efficient.
The role will support the talent function as a whole across system management, social media engagement, event and grad fair coordination, and supplier and vendor management delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise Excel and PowerBi to analyse data, provide insights, and support decisionmaking in talent resourcing, workforce planning and reporting.
- Assist in developing selection tools for recruitment.
- Provide support with workforce planning across the business.
- Assist in the development of creative social media strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent Assist in creating impactful presentations, conduct research, and ensure consistency in branding administrative duties as required.
- Assist in coordinating graduate fairs and university events, fostering relationships with universities and student associations.
- Drafting of monthly reports for review by management
- What will you need to be effective in this role?
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset and willingness to explore new approaches.
- Proven ability to multitask and organise work priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
