We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager from a saas-based, product-led background, to identify opportunities for business impact, and work backwards from there to execute on the biggest on solving the customers biggest problems.


Our client have a world class founding team and count businesses like Canva, Atlassian and BCG (to name a very small few) as their customers, they are expanding in the US and currently hold a valuation of well over $150m which has grown more than 5 times since oh, and there is a strong equity component attached to this package.


Role:


  • Strategising and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with a digital marketing agency to develop and implement marketing campaigns across PPC, display, retargeting and paid social channels
  • Managing, reporting and optimising experiments, including A/B and multivariate user tests.
  • Identify trends and insights, refigure and realign where necessary to optimise spend and ROI
  • Reporting on key metrics related to CAC, channel performance and channel growth across segments
  • Collaborating with the product and engineering teams to develop, deliver and optimise growth strategy.
  • Prioritising marketing projects and allocate a budget accordingly

You:


  • Saas growth marketing background ideally 35 years
  • Proven track record of leading, ideating and executing growth initiatives
  • A strong strategic brain when it comes to growth and retention
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive action
  • Experience in CRM and database management/lifecycle management
  • Innovation and creativity when it comes to multichannel growth strategies
  • Experience in SEO, Meta and LinkedIn advertising and Google AdWords
