Customer Service Supervisor

  • Salary: $69,249 $74,022 per annum prorata
  • Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)
  • 25 hours per week

Are you an energetic and team focused person with experience in leading a team to deliver excellent customer service? Join the team at Craigie Leisure Centre You will be responsible for supervising customer service operations, responding to customer enquiries and feedback in a professional and friendly manner and training the customer service team to deliver an excellent experience.


The successful applicant will have demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, experience in supervising and leading a team in a customer service environment, and demonstrated experience in point of sale software management systems.


The workpattern includes a seven day fortnight with shifts between 4:45am - 9:30pm and includes a span of three and four consecutive days off.

Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:

  • Experience supervising and leading a team in a customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, to positively manage customer relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of, and demonstrated experience, in point of sale software systems.
