About the Role
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, as the Marketing Manager you will elevate the identity and ethos of the College. Your leadership will play a vital part in realizing the College's educational vision, driving excellence throughout. This involves not only identifying promising opportunities but also crafting persuasive publicity materials to effectively promote the College. You will lead the charge in innovating fresh approaches to community engagement and strategic market positioning. Across diverse media channels, you will spearhead advertising and marketing campaigns.
Your adept management of the College's online presence, including its social media platforms, will be essential in maintaining a strong digital footprint.
You will play a hands-on role in creating captivating media content, including live streaming of key events, and producing compelling videos.
Additionally, you will provide essential support for digital events and communications. Collaborating with the Alumnae Committee, you will fortify connections with the College's alumni network.About You:
You are a marketing professional from an education background with at least 4 years of experience and a passion for creating innovative marketing strategies to drive student acquisition.
- Tertiary qualifications in digital marketing and communications.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Understanding of social media and web analytics.
- Excellent graphic design, photography, and videography skills (desirable).
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and computer skills.
- Familiarity with College administration systems.
- Adaptable brand voice across different platforms.
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Record Check.
