The Role

Join a Property Management team with rich history in Melbourne's real estate industry today Manage a clean and tidy portfolio of properties all based around Ivanhoe.

Lots of support available to get your routines and condition reports done quickly and efficiently.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Maintaining close contact with Landlords
Repairs and maintenance management
Open for Inspections if required at short notice
Liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants
Tenancy sign up and induction

About You

Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
Minimum of 12+ years' experience managing your own portfolio
Knowledge in RP Office software
A team player who is reliable, honest and customer focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and immaculate presentation
Ability to multi task and manage your time
