As a temporary
Contract Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing scalable hiring strategies to support the continued growth of our APAC business.


You will:


  • Own full lifecycle talent acquisition: actively source, recruit and hire across a range of internal departments.
  • Implement structured, competencybased interview plans with a focus on removing bias from the process.
  • Be data driven and routinely measure tool usage and ROI of sourcing platforms, vendors and productivity tools.

About you:


  • 5+ years of fullcycle recruiting experience; 2+ years of internal recruiting at a high tech organization.
  • Experience using recruiting tools and resources such as: ATS (we use Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, etc.
  • Demonstrated success running DEI focused recruitment processes, training, partnerships and programming.
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to work at a high pace, with competing, and changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence key stakeholders.
  • Effective interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus points for:


  • Experience fast growing tech start up / B2B SaaS / ecommerce.
  • Experience hiring gotomarket teams (Marketing, Sales, CS, Partnerships, etc).
