Annabel Neasham Racing have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Assistant Trainer to join our growing team at Warwick Farm.

This role is varied and will suit someone hard working and determined that wants to continue to learn and develop within our young and ambitious team.

The successful applicant will be working alongside Annabel and our current Assistant Trainer and Racing Manager.

You will be involved in the day to day running of our large Warwick Farm stable, working closely with both the horses and the staff.

Good communication and people skills are essential.

The role:

Working closely with Annabel and the team including vets & farriers
Attending trot ups and managing any treatments
Organising staff roster/strappers for race days
Being a main point of contact with staff
Helping to organise trackwork at the tie ups
Clocking horses galloping on fast mornings
If able to ride on occasion, this is a bonus but certainly not essential
Manage the heart rate monitors and summarise the data
Saddle up/represent the stable on race days and trials

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic team member to join us, that has great communication and leadership skills, as well as excellent horsemanship skills and experience.

This could be an ideal role for an aspiring trainer wanting to take that next step.
