The Opportunity


A new position is available within the Respectful Communities Team for a Community Engagement Coordinator to assist in the delivery and evaluation of educational training, programs, events and activities across Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Respect at Monash initiatives.

The key responsibility of this role is to enhance the capabilities of peer-facilitators, enabling them to effectively deliver education programs both online and in-person.

This will be achieved by leveraging expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as in preventing sexual harm.


Reporting to the Engagement Manager, this role will support the monitoring, evaluation and development of educational programs, including in-person and online, as well as providing specialised advice on issues related to equity, diversity, inclusion.
