Nick Scali acquired Plush Sofas at the end of 2021, and now between the two brands we have over 110 showrooms throughout Australia and New Zealand with plans to continue to expand throughout 2023.

We pride ourselves on being the market leader and experts in luxury furniture design.

We are seeking a sales-orientated Consultant who is available to work in the Inner Northern Brisbane area (Aspley/Fortitude Valley).

This is a casual contract role and does require availability on Saturdays and Sundays each week, with some weekday shifts.

About you:

Can show us that you are driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and selfmotivated
Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them
Are immaculately presented, suitable for a highend showroom environment
Previous experience as a Sales Consultant selling highticket items (such as furniture, jewelry, bedding, etc.) within a Retail Sales environment

About the role:

Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care
Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
