Seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner interested in working in the Disability Sector to join our collaborative and innovative team.

As our new Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be joining a growing Allied Health Team that are excited to further expand.

What you'll do:

Undertake comprehensive Functional Behavioural Assessment and develop appropriate Behaviour Support Plans
Identify strategies for participants framed within Positive Behaviour Support to enhance quality of life
Work in close collaboration with the support team to develop, implement and review strategies and set realistic goals for participants
Provide and participate in clinical supervision
Promote our values, including the human right for everyone to be contributing members of the community

What you will bring to the team:

Experience working in the disability sector and with NDIS
Current suitability confirmed by NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission at the core or above levels
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology or related areas
Full registration with AHPRA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to share ideas and think outside the box
