Duties

  • Working on key national & international projects and transactions.
  • Working on all aspects of Energy & Resources such as, energy transmission, hydro, wind and solar.
  • Advising clients on complex joint ventures, project development and mergers & acquisitions in the gas, mining, and oil industries.

About You

  • Midsenior lawyer (
    3+ PQE**); with
  • A relevant
    Law Degree or
    Juris Doctor, coupled with great academics;
  • A team player, who is also capable of working autonomously;
  • The ability to build and maintain meaningful relationship with your clients; and
  • Able to manage your time effectively and meet demanding deadlines.
