    P&C Business Partner

    Are you a P&C BP looking for a global tech business to assist with growth, org design and work autonomously in Australia as part of a global HR team?

    circa $140K-$150K p.a. immediate start, initial 6 month FTC Work in a global team, whilst taking ownership of Australia

    Our client is a growing tech business, the market leader in their niche offering, and its head office is based in Sydney's CBD.

    This is an initial contract, due to a fast turnaround required for a handover, with the potential to extend or go permanent. Immediate start on offer for the right candidate, and candidates with short notice are also welcome to apply.

    Reporting to the APAC Head of People, this role will see you providing advice to line managers and team members on various HR matters, as well as working with medium-sized Australian businesses on employee lifecycle management and a variety of HR Projects.

    You will be part of a global HR team supported by regional and global CoE, and is currently in a position of significant growth, both organically and through acquisition.

    To be successful in this role you will have strong HR generalist operational and hands-on employee life cycle experience as a P&C BP. Ideally you will have tech or similar industry experience. You will have strong relationship building skills and the ability to coach managers and key stakeholders. You will be comfortable working autonomously in an Australian stand-alone position, building relationships with all levels of the business, including the exec level. You will also be exposed to and have experience in integration, organisational change & design, and workplace culture. Understanding and experience with Australian workplace relations and employment legislation is also essential.
