Job Description - Sales Order Processing

Permanent - Regents Park - IMMEDIATE start

This role is part of a small but very productive Operations Team and is the single point of contact for all aspects of Sales enquiries and Order Processing.

It requires a dedicated customer service individual with attention to detail.

Job Tasks and responsibilities

Answering phone enquiries concerning product pricing and availability.
Coordinating Sales enquiries with Sales Representatives.
Create and modify customer records.
Entering and checking sales orders.
Coordinate daily sales requirements with the Warehouse Manager.
Create and modify price lists.
Work with Accounts Receivable to clear customer accounts on hold.
Create transport connote labels and manifests to meet daily pick up cut offs.
An understanding of freight charges and destination zones.
Run Daily, Monthly and ad hoc reports as required.

Skills and Attributes

Experienced using ERP or similar systems in the areas of customer accounts, order processing and invoicing.
Experience with Freight Management Software.
Attention to details especially in the area of data entry accuracy.
Willingness to become familiar with NCH products and equipment.
Experience in sales order processing and a proven background in providing excellent customer service.
Work in a proactive manner within a small team.
Multi task and excellent time management skills.

Due to the resignation of a long term employee we are seeking a dedicated individual with excellent communications skills and an appreciation of the importance of data accuracy

This role is critical to our daily operations and the successful applicant will be required to work in our Regents Park, Sydney office.

It is not possible to perform this role working remotely or from home.
