We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Entry-Level
Customer Relations Consultant / Warranty Clerk at
Bibralake Nissan.
The role:
- Assist customers with warranty inquiries, explain warranty coverage, and guide them through the claims process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and effectively addressing their concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and inperson interactions.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of Nissan vehicles and warranty policies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
- Document customer interactions and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
YOU:
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to professionally handle high call volumes with a helpful and friendly phone manner
- Strong time management, multitasking and organisational skills
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Highly personable and empathic with exceptional listening and influencing ability
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
