We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Entry-Level
Customer Relations Consultant / Warranty Clerk at
Bibralake Nissan.

The role:

Assist customers with warranty inquiries, explain warranty coverage, and guide them through the claims process.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and effectively addressing their concerns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone and inperson interactions.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of Nissan vehicles and warranty policies.
Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Document customer interactions and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

YOU:

Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to professionally handle high call volumes with a helpful and friendly phone manner
Strong time management, multitasking and organisational skills
Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
Highly personable and empathic with exceptional listening and influencing ability
Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
