About the Company
Our client is national, acquisitive and fast growing.

The finance team seek to hire an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to support them as they continue to grow and expand.

About the Role

Sitting in the Operational side of the business, this Accounts Receivable role requires a proactive person with a thirst for learning and growing.

It will work closely with a range of stakeholders in the business and provide support to the Group Finance Manager and Group Financial Accountant

In this essential role, you will be responsible for:

Management of accounts (receivable, ledgers, and invoices).
Providing customer service to clients / suppliers.
Supporting Accounts Payable on an ad hoc basis.
Timely collection of outstanding debt.
Investigate and resolve queries relating to nonpayment of invoices.
Process and allocate payments.
Provide administrative/clerical support for the Group Finance Manager.

About YOU

At least 2 years' practical experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or in collections.
Previous experience using Traffio, Preceda or Pronto (not essential).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility.
