Your new role awaits
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, you'll leverage the latest technologies in OCR and process automation to ensure the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices for transactions completed across our network.
You'll be based in our Mascot head office, conveniently located a short walk from Mascot Train Station and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and gyms.
A typical day for you
- Daily clearing of APAY rejections
- Monitor inbox and distribute enquiries
- Invoice verification via ABBYY Flexicapture invoice processing platform
- Manage creditor accounts adhering to supplier payment terms
- Resolving aged, disputed, and daily rejected invoices to facilitate payment
- Manage & resolve internal stakeholder and external supplier enquiries
What you'll bring to the role
- Certification in Accounting or Finance and/or relevant work history
- High volume invoice processing experience
- Excel proficiency with lookups, formatting, large datasets, macros
- ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OCR and process automation experience
- Supplier and stakeholder management skills
