About the Traineeship

Duties

Offer helpdesk support
General troubleshooting
Provide IT support at assemblies and events
Follow up on logged IT jobs
IT Procurement activities
Provide excellence in customer service at all times.

About you

Genuine interest in IT. A certificate II in IT or previous experience is beneficial
Dynamic and adaptable
Confident
Communicative and able to connect with people of all ages
Organised, reliable and punctual
Valid drivers licence is ideal
Willing to undergo a Working with Children check as part of the onboarding process
