What's the role?

  • Displaying excellent leadership, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all operational functions of the fullservice organisation, including redesign as appropriate to improve efficiency, quality and cost.
  • Align your team to the company mission and goals, and the overall culture of the business.
  • Implement Lean and Continuous Improvement, reducing waste and improving efficiencies.
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's services meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure streamlined operations in line with our business growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with appropriate ISO certification(s)
  • Working closely with our Risk and Compliance and delivery teams, ensure full compliance with all legal and contractual obligations at an operational level
  • Ensure delivery of an exceptional experience to all customers and internal stakeholders

What your day to day could look like?

  • Coaching, developing and leading our operations team leaders to ensure lean and continuous improvement and quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Delivery Managers to ensure quality service, through technology, people and process
  • Attend daily Snr Mgmt Team Mtg to review of our functional KPIs & leading indicators and ensuring we are on track to achieve our goals
  • Policy and process review with key stakeholders
  • Input into tenders and bids
  • Meetings with key clients in order to ensure superior service and help solve any issues that arise
  • Review and manage budgets and costs for our operations team
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and recruitment support functions including payroll in Australia
  • Prior and successful change management experience
  • ISO and Quality Management Systems management experience
  • Has worked crossfunctionally with tech teams and is familiar with design thinking methodologies
  • Experience in delivering high quality, customer focused services
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving service improvement and growth across geographically dispersed services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to positively influence, manage and inspire teams (incl. remote, outsourced and offshore) effectively
  • Experience in financial management including budgeting and development of effective expenditure controls
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight timeframes
  • Highly analytical with sound Excel skills. Salesforce & Business Central experience would be advantageous
  • A strong growth mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment
