About the Role
They are currently seeking a highly professional and influential HR Advisor to join their team in Parramatta. This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend.

Working within the Corporate Services Division, you will be responsible for providing advice, support and delivery solutions across the full spectrum of the HR function including recruitment, legislation, change management, job design, learning and development, WH&S, workforce planning, performance, employee relations, industrial relations and talent management to enable the business to deliver against their strategic objectives and deliver on a major reform


Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, facilitating collaboration, consultation, influencing, negotiation, partnerships and contribution of ideas
  • Deliver advice and implement HR strategies, programs, tools and best practice solutions
  • Ensure optimal service delivery through implementation of HR strategies
  • Implement a range of HR tools, processes and systems to respond to future challenges whilst meeting regulatory compliance
  • Evaluate HR strategies, recommending improvements
  • Undertake research, gathering and collating information to support decision making outcomes
  • Prepare advice to Senior Management, Secretary, Ministerial, Cabinet and Business requests
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and best practice

About You

  • Previous HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience working within HR Reform and restructure desirable
  • Strong Partnering and Stakeholder Relationship skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite

Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualifications within Human Resources or relevant industry experience
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Valid Drivers licence and flexibility to travel when required
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
