OVERVIEW


As an IKKARI Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, will be an innovative and progressive thinker who promotes a holistic approach to health, beauty and wellness.

You will have the opportunity to engage with customers, and educate them on IKKARI's skin and wellbeing rituals, to help them achieve their higher self.

You will be an ambassador and represent the IKKARI active mission to merge style, ethical design and performance-orientation to support healthy and balanced lifestyles and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience and driving sales.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE JOURNEY

  • Provide exemplary service experience to IKKARI customers, ensuring consistently memorable and inspiring customer journeys
  • Provide consistent mentorship of IKKARI wellbeing team to ensure customer satisfaction with their personalised prescription
  • Maintaining an indepth knowledge of the product and brand to provide advice and recommendations as needed through communicating benefits, product properties, and performance.
  • General customer service duties such as, greeting customers who enter the shop.
  • Responsible for establishing and building VIP clientele.
  • Responsible for customer and VIP customer followups, through multiple touchpoint channels to ensure they are kept educated with regard to new deliveries, upcoming promotional activity, and events.
  • First point of contact for general customer inquiries such as customer complaints and refunds to ensure customer satisfaction is received through the implementation of consistent best practices.
  • Identify key customer trends and requests; communicate effectively to Area and VM Manager and relevant corporate partners to support continuous improvement and innovation of the IKKARI brand experience.
  • Responsible for providing the team with customer updates, feedback, and reports, that will allow them to continuously develop their sales techniques.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
  • Ensure customers are wellinformed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.

STOCK MANAGEMENT

  • Stock control and management
  • Receiving, processing, and organising shipments and deliveries accordingly.
  • Restock items that are running low.
  • Report any general inventory issues to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and comfortable space.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Adhering to visual merchandising directives
  • Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor
  • Assisting with the placement of new products, including new instore and window displays

PRODUCT PROMOTION AND SALES**:

  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of the IKKARI range including product ingredients, benefits, and usage guidelines.
  • Actively promote and upsell products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our skincare products.
