The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Coordinator to join Ventia and work on our Chevron contract.

Reporting to the Site Lead, this position will see you assist with all maintenance aspects of our long-term LNG contract on Barrow Island.

In this role you will be perform inspections, coordinate, plan, and execute scopes work, liaise with external clients, site-based, and office based-staff.

You will use your previous experience to keep within budgets and timeframes, all whilst maintaining a safe environment.

This is a site-based, full time permanent role on a 2:2 roster, flying from Perth Airport.

Key duties, but not limited to:

Responsible for completing preparation of work within an assigned portfolio of work
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Maintenance works
Source materials and plant
Estimating scopes of work
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable Codes and Standards
Maintain continuous communications to ensure customer expectations are fully met

Requirements:

Relevant qualification / Trade background (_Instrumentation preferred_)
Nominee License
Excellent attitude towards health, safety & environment
Knowledge of plant processes
Safety, integrity and maintenance processes.
Ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and achieve performance targets
Previous experience in a similar role or within the Oil & Gas industry
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with JDE, Engineering Portal or SAP _Highly regarded_
