About the role


We are currently looking for an experienced and professional Boardroom Attendant who has a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Joining our Melbourne corporate catering team in either a permanent full time or part time capacity, you will be working Monday to Friday weekly.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss your preferred work arrangements with you.

As some of our functions may take place after hours, there may be times where flexibility may be required with extended working hours during the week.


In this role, you will assist with the delivery and service of a variety of client and staff events ranging from coffee catch ups and morning or afternoon teas, to formal lunches, cocktail events and large seminar functions.

You will deliver first class service at all times and ensure all tasks are completed correctly, efficiently and professionally while representing the Catering team.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting up & clearing a variety of in-house catered occasions in a discreet, professional and pleasant manner
  • Assisting with the provision and preparation of food and beverage service
  • Kitchenhand and cleaning duties as required
  • Maintaining stock levels and hygiene in the staff kitchenettes
  • Assisting in unpacking deliveries, restocking fridges, cleaning and any back of house tasks
  • Adhering to all firm policies and procedures, in particular confidentiality and OH&S/WH&S including Covid Safe Policies
  • Ensuring that meeting rooms are setup correctly and within a timely fashion, as well as tidying up at the conclusion of a meeting
  • Liaising with all team members and supervisors to assess requirements for the day

About you


Ideally, you will have previous experience in a professional services, corporate catering or fine dining role delivering on a range of events styles.

You are immaculately presented, well-spoken and take pride in providing excellent client service daily.

To be successful for this role, you will need:

  • Great energy and an uncompromising commitment to delivering outstanding professional service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills matched with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and autonomously
  • A valid food hygiene certificate
  • Barista experience is highly regarded
