Opportunity

Responsibilities
You will receive training in all aspects of CX Software and your duties will include:

Interfacing with users and analysing their needs
Providing implementation services to new and existing users including project configuration, delivery of customer training and preparation of customer user documentation where necessary
Assisting with the delivery of presales presentations of potential customers and industry stakeholders
Assisting with presentation of new modules to existing customers
Assisting the sales, marketing and software development teams as required
Contributing towards the continued development of company products and growth in the region

Requirements:

Besides being a highly personable and engaging person, you will need:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Administration, Construction Administration or Document Control
Knowledge of project management systems and processes (essential)
Solid Experience using Project Management software such as:
CX / Project Centre
Aconex
Procore
Teambinder, or similar
Sound knowledge of MS Office software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong presentation skills desirable
Quick learning skills, be adaptable and show initiative
To be able to work as part of a team or autonomously
Flexibility some travel may be required
