As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the marketing efforts, responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Your creative ideas, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to enhancing the firm's visibility and brand reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content.
- Manage the firm's social media platforms, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Maintain and update the firm's website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Coordinate and support events, webinars, and seminars to promote the firm's services.
- Monitor and track marketing budgets, expenses, and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the design and implementation of branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or related roles is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and creative mindset, constantly seeking innovative marketing solutions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the accounting or financial services industry is desirable.
