• Ability to work for a few hours on Saturdays
• Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License. We will assist and guide you to obtain one if you don't have it at the moment

• Conduct periodical inspections and in/outgoing inspections in different suburbs
• Conduct open homes during week days and several hours on Saturdays in different suburbs
• Prepare reports
• Assist other departments with Property Management duties when required
• General Property Management and administration duties

• Flexible working hours, even working from home is possible as long as you get the job done
• Base salary plus commission
• Ongoing training and team support

It is a part time role at this stage but full time position will be provided to you down the line.
