This is an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator looking to step up and further develop their skills in a Marketing team with long tenure and amazing mentors.

Reporting to the genuine and passionate Marketing Manager, you will get to own the end-to-end Project Marketing campaigns for Residential, Mixed-use and BTR established projects and new development while working on corporate marketing initiatives as well.

This will offer experience in a true project marketing generalist position, giving you fantastic exposure to a range of responsibilities.

Your daily duties will include:

Work in a direct team with a Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Communications Specialist and Graphic Designer
Manage Project Marketing Campaigns for the brand and new/existing developments
Leverage external agency partner relationships managing creative briefs
Scheduling and maintaining Social Media channels
Managing EDMs and reviewing reporting and analytics on performance
Research and maintain a database of information that will aid marketing strategies for projects
Assist with managing the communications and PR strategies for the projects
Assist with budget management for project campaigns
Ad hoc administrative duties

To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:

Seeking 2-3 + years' experience ideally in a similar Marketing role
Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar desired
Construction, Property Development, Marketing Agency with Property clients or similar experience highly desired
Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Selfmotivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
Great time management skills and a "finisher"
