Minimum 1 year experience within Public Practice/Accounting/Business Services- Receptionist/Admin Officer working full time in office. CBD location
Our successful and continuously growing Business/Accounting Services client based in the CBD is seeking a Receptionist/Administration Officer with at least 1 years experience working within a Public Practice/Accounting/Business Services firm to join them on a full time / permanent role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sitting at the reception desk
- Greeting clients
- ASIC related secretarial forms, minutes and incorporations
- ATO interaction
- General office administration
- Setting up new files
- Filing paperwork
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Data entry
- Various administrative tasks
To be considered, you must have/be:
- At least 1 years experience as an Admin Officer within Public Practice/Accounting/Business Services firm previously
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
- Be able to work in the office full time
- Have strong PC/Software skills
- Present professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Comfortable with working autonomously along with being an integral part of the extended team
- Selfstarter with a keen desire for continuous learning.
