  • Receptionist/Admin Officer working full time in office. CBD location
- $70,000 + Super


Our successful and continuously growing Business/Accounting Services client based in the CBD is seeking a Receptionist/Administration Officer with at least 1 years experience working within a Public Practice/Accounting/Business Services firm to join them on a full time / permanent role.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Sitting at the reception desk
  • Greeting clients
  • ASIC related secretarial forms, minutes and incorporations
  • ATO interaction
  • General office administration
  • Setting up new files
  • Filing paperwork
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Data entry
  • Various administrative tasks

To be considered, you must have/be:

  • At least 1 years experience as an Admin Officer within Public Practice/Accounting/Business Services firm previously
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia
  • Be able to work in the office full time
  • Have strong PC/Software skills
  • Present professionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable with working autonomously along with being an integral part of the extended team
  • Selfstarter with a keen desire for continuous learning.
