We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate OSHC Coordinator at one of our locations in Cheltenham

. If you are experienced in the early childhood or OSHC sector and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.

The Role:

The Coordinator role is split shift, working before and after school sessions as well as holiday programs.

7:00am 9:00am, 2:30pm 6:00pm and 8.5 hours of administration
Lead, train and guide in best practice to deliver the highest quality care for every child in care
Plan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children
Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff
Extensive training and onboarding with ongoing support

Be the face of TheirCare in your school community, creating lasting relationships along the way

Skills and Experience:

***- Experience with training, coaching and management of a team

Experience in the childcare sector
High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:

Employee Working with Children Check
First Aid + CPR Certificate
Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification
