THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Pre-Delivery Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Laverton.

Acting as a liaison between the sales and pre-delivery departments, you will be communicating with service technicians about vehicle problems and timeline statuses, to ensure vehicles are delivered on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and address their inquiries promptly
Manage appointment bookings
Maintain data accuracy on the system
Collaborate with technicians for timely completion of repairs and services
Provide details of recommended services and associated costs to customers
Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for stakeholders
Raise, process and close repair orders
Assist with enquiries from contractors, dealers and vendors
Attend to front counter when required

ABOUT YOU

Outstanding interpersonal communication
Customerfocused
Great organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously
Attention to detail
Specialised knowledge of Automotive Industry
Basic knowledge of Auto I.T. system desirable
Qualified Diesel/Motor Mechanic desirable
Costing experience desirable
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is highly regarded
