Description:

We continue to experience growth and are seeking an experienced Payroll professional on a permanent part time basis.

In this role, you will be a part of our collaborative People and Culture team overseeing the end to end payroll function ensuring operational compliance, facilitating process improvements whilst delivering a timely and accurate payments to all employees.

About the role

Running the weekly pay runs in an accurate and efficient manner
Award interpretation and compliance with other legislative obligations, including annualised salary reconciliations
Reviewing and reconciling employee timesheets
Responding to people pay queries as they arise
Leave processing and reconciliations (APS-Payroll system management)
Set up new hires and the calculation and processing of termination payments, redundancies, leave entitlements, bonus payments and other deductions
Superannuation and PAYG calculations and payments
Regular payroll and/or leave reporting as required
Liaising with Finance and other members of the Corporate Services team as required
Ad hoc payroll/HR duties as required
