We are currently looking for a Client Support Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our Client Relationship Managers (CRM) in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the role:

Assist the CRM team with various tasks such as submissions, annual reviews, bill payments, client payments, property obligations, and compliance matters.
Provide vital assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our processes.
Respond quickly and effectively to client relationship manager enquiries, building trust and loyalty.
Manage multiple Outlook inboxes with great organisational skills and a knack for prioritisation.
Maintain uptodate beneficiary databases, updating and meticulously managing this essential information to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
Play a crucial role in the growth of our client base by providing excellent support to the client relationship managers and maintaining highquality data.
