About the Role:

As a Site Safety Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety of our operations and personnel at various work sites

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive safety assessments and audits onsite to proactively identify potential hazards and risks.
Devising and implementing safety protocols, programs, and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborating closely with project teams to provide expert safety advice, deliver training, and encourage a culture of safety vigilance.
Leading investigations into incidents and nearmiss events, effectively pinpointing root causes and driving the implementation of corrective measures.
Remaining informed about the latest safety trends and best practices and integrating these insights into our safety strategies.

To be successful in this type of role

Appropriate certifications in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or related fields.
First Aid & CPR training Certificate
Experience in a similar role, preferably within sectors like renewable energy, engineering, mechanical or mining.
Must have flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
Must be an excellent communicator and able to build rapport with all key stakeholders.
Digital Proficiency: Competence in utilizing safety management software and related tools.
Demonstrate a real passion for safety.
