Office Assistant to start immediately in the construction industry, temp to perm, based in North Sydney and up to $35 per hour.


  • Based in Northbridge but relocating to St Leonard's
  • Up to $35 per hour + super
  • Temp to perm role
Work for this growing organisation in the construction space.

As the Office Assistant you will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support.

The company are seeking someone who will really make this role their own.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Using your customer service skills to provide a pleasant and professional point of contact to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Efficiently answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls whilst providing generalist information when required.
  • Management of office passes and signin system for staff and visitors.
  • Ensure reception area and meeting/board rooms professionally presented, maintained and operational.
  • Sorting, distributing, and lodging mail request including the arrangement of couriers where required.
  • Achieve the highest quality outcomes through the provision of administrative support.
  • Assist with ensuring the Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) standards are complaint.

What you need to bring to the role:

  • Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational abilities to thrive in demanding time frames.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, and deliver outcomes with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A customercentric approach to building relationships and creating value in all interactions with team across the business
