About the Role


As the store manager of the Springvale location, you play an integral role in creating a positive retail environment, driving sales, and ensuring the satisfaction of both customers and employees.

You will be responsible of the sales targets, operational finesse, and effective communication, all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction, team success, and the overall prosperity of the store.


Skills and Experience

  • Possesses prior experience in retail management.
  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate a highperforming team.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience with inventory management and visual merchandising on similar products.
  • A strong leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
  • Oversee daily store operations and maintaining an organised store that aligns with operational standards.
