Due to their ongoing success, our client, based in the Robina area is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join them in a part time role to help them grow to the next point in their business.


On offer is a permanent part time role offering up to 25 hours per week initially, and the flexibility to set your own hours and days during the normal working week.


The company has a focus in the energy sector as well as having a SaaS platform also pitched at their industry.

Your role will work closely with the management team and Director to assist in strategy development across web and social platforms to form and deliver consistent branding across the market and engagement with B2B clients and prospects.

This will include producing and coordinating content across social channels, newsletter creation, blogs, web updates via a CMS, and coordinating external marketing services where needed.


What we are looking for:

  • Experienced in marketing and working with the team to deliver on strategy as well as having the technical skills to give input on marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at increasing product/brand awareness
  • Skilled in LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter it's likely you have your own accounts or managed a company account and know how to engage with your audience and build a community of followers


  • Creative

  • You have design skills in Canva, you are able to edit photos and video content that is engaging or emotive to your audience
  • Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, Meta Business Manager as well as pulling analytics (some of this will be via external agencies)


  • Enjoy writing

  • You love to write, you've got great spelling and grammatical skills and enjoy putting together a good article


  • Initiative

  • You can be given a brief and you have the initiative and technical ability to research and put together content
  • Have some web knowledge to update the company's websites through their CMS

Your role will be responsible for assisting with:

  • Driving the marketing strategy
  • Content calendar management
  • Creation of new content as well repurposing
  • Posting content to Social Media channels
  • Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Website updates
  • Market research
  • Photography and videos (phone/camera)
  • Overseeing Ad management and analytics for Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads
