About the OPPORTUNITY


Key responsibilities include:


  • Oversee preparation and delivery of technical data deliverables to the customer, and the receipt and processing of data deliverables from suppliers, industry stakeholders and Commonwealth stakeholders
  • Oversee preparation of materials for major project reviews and milestone activities (from the business unit/line of business/group of projects perspective)
  • Oversee data assurance activities against audit schedules and project schedules, including functional configuration audits (FCA), physical configuration audits (PCA) and quality audits of technical data
  • Support the Technical Data Manager with the establishment and operation of Engineering Review Board and Configuration Control Board sessions in support of incorporating decisions for changes arising during the Program as advice to the Capability Enhancement Integration Project Engineering Manager.
About YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Experience sequencing engineering changes in a Product Lifecycle Management tool
  • Good communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
  • Ability to partner with and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to obtain the necessary deliverables
  • Proven ability to function confidently within a multidiscipline project team environment
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Analytical ability in dealing with and maintaining the supportability of systems
