We're on the hunt for a
BMC Helix Consultant to join a major software solution provider specializing in geospatial information systems (GIS) on a
6-month contract, all while enjoying the perks of a
remote working setup

Role Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and collaborate on business processes.
  • Design and configure BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for implementing and optimizing BMC Helix ITSM.
  • Assist with testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Requirements:


  • Extensive experience with BMC Helix ITSM.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and CMDB.
  • Handson experience with BMC Helix ITSM implementation and administration.
  • Consultative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
