RESEARCH ASSISTANT - CReW-Ace STUDY

Part Time Temporary - up to 30.4 hours per week, up to 6 months- Colac Area Health is a values based organisation providing a unique integrated health service comprising of over 500 employees, providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services.- The Research Assistant will work closely with the Study Investigator team and partner sites across Victoria to support the delivery of the CReW-Ace (COVID-19 & Regional Health Staff Wellbeing - Accessibility of Supports) research project.

CReW-Ace is a mixed methods, multi-site study which aims to investigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the health and wellbeing of Victorian regional health service staff.

Key accountabilities include development and administration of online survey, assisting with data management using the REDCap data management platform, and other study coordination tasks as required.


What's required?

Essential:


  • Bachelor or Honours (desirable) qualification in health, science or related discipline
  • Experience working in a regional health service setting
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Desirable:


  • Research experience
