About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be supported by the CEO and divisional managers on the day-to-day running of the dealership, ensuring the business is meeting its targets and customer's agricultural farm machinery needs.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all service standards are met.
The successful candidate will have proven operations management experience, or experience in a similar senior management role. They will be a strong communicator and team player, with a passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
