Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximise market share in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the customer base.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and technical evaluations to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate power solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, operations, and service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer support.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or account management, preferably in the power generation or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex power system solutions and articulate their benefits to customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain longterm customer relationships based on trust and reliability.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
