WHO ARE WE?


As the Seller Program Coordinator, you will support eBay's customer service, selling & marketing teams ensure that they are set up and supported to deliver on their customer promises.

You'll work closely with their customer service/ service delivery, category management, product and other seller-facing teams along with the sellers themselves to identify opportunities for engagement & operational improvements to help deliver better seller program support to their sellers.

This role reports to the senior manager for seller operations & marketing.


You will predominantly support the Seller Trade & Program Manager to help deliver on eBay's seller programs and other seller facing initiatives.


DAY TO DAY

  • Own seller operations team reporting inclu.
Selling team insights/actions and communicating it to the relevant eBay teams

  • Salesforce CRM management relating to programs and initiatives
  • Campaign set up & management within Salesforce / outsourced vendor campaign management & support
  • Data uploads and management into Salesforce as required
  • Program operations support
  • Supporting the Seller Trade & Program Manager with all eBay programs inclu. eBay Plus, Item Specifics
  • Program performance reporting
  • Supporting Retail Promotions contracting through Salesforce and or DocuSign contract management
  • Managing the program/initiative briefing process with internal stakeholders. Management of the program calendar and working out internal team resourcing to support outreach.
  • Project management support for new programs
  • Support inbound inquiries from sellers in relation to varying program opportunities

YOU

  • 12 years working in a program or project management role
  • Highly desirable 1+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or other CRM platform experience
  • Strong prioritisation skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing reporting and delivering tangible insights and actions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and achieve communications/ marketing and customer goals
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to network, build relationships and influence stakeholders upwards, downward and across teams
  • Ability to selfeducate, learn fast and work autonomously.
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel
