About the role
We have a temporary opportunity for a Logistics Support Officer to join our team.

This is a parental leave placement, until the end of December 2023, where working as part of a small team, you will contribute towards the support of procurement and purchasing activities, inventory, and general office upkeep.

This role is critical to keeping us functioning smoothly and helping us to create the best work environment for our people.


You will need to have well developed people skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with our people to achieve outcomes.


Who are you?

  • Experience in providing administrative support within a fastpaced organisation
  • Understand, and the ability to support procurement activities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and great working relationships with our internal partners.
  • Have basic financial acumen, with experience in, or the ability to raise, manage, receipt and reconcile purchase orders.
  • Ability to conduct day to day inventory activities and manage noninventory stock items such as company owned assets, office consumables, security equipment and marketing merchandise
  • Ability to manage the office upkeep which includes receiving and putting away orders, taking out rubbish, packing / unpacking dishwashers, tidying of the office / kitchen etc.
  • Ability to conduct purchasing of office items such as food and drink, stationery, and other items as required.
  • You are resilient and can work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office (excel, outlook) as well as other internal systems as required.
