About The Role
As the Manager, Environment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our environmental strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will lead a small, specialised team of Senior Environmental Advisors and an Environment Analyst, fostering a culture of environmental stewardship and collaboration for the business.

Champion environmental leadership and uphold high standards across the business.
Manage, mentor, and empower your team to excel and collaborate effectively.
Lead the Community of Practice for Environmental Personnel and contribute as an SME to the ESG Working Group.
Manage the development, implementation, governance and maintenance of the business' environmental management system (EMS) to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 1400
Work closely with Regional Environmental Leads to support their business plan commitments.
Manage emissions capture and reporting, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the environmental domain.
