- Lead negotiations and renewals of commercial contracts with ICT vendors.
- Oversee and report on IT and contract governance for key vendors.
- Develop and implement IT sourcing strategies, including managing RFI and RFP processes.
- Ensure effective governance structures and smooth transition of contract management duties.
- Review and execute IT contracts in line with organizational goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors, IT teams, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the IT vendor risk register and collaborate on risk mitigation.
- Hold professional qualifications in a relevant field.
- Bring 5-10 years of experience in IT contract management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Possess strong negotiation skills and a successful track record in contract negotiations.
- Display excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Have proficiency in contract management processes and procurement systems.
