Support Worker - Perth, Australia - Territory Community Services

Description

We are looking for someone with disability and mental health experience to join our team providing support to our participants 24/7.

We are seeking for someone with ability to engage our participants in the community and support them with their Independent capacity building.

Successful applicant will be required these following.

• NDIS worker screening check
• Full Australian driver license

- current/willing to obtain first aid certificate.

• Good communication skill

All applicants must be able to provide two references.
