Any background with video or media formats is highly desirable but not a must-have
Working for one of Australia's leading media organisations, we're seeking a App Support Analyst who can work closely with a team of 6 other analyst and report into the App Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support (Level 1/2) to customer sites on a rostered basis either or at the customer's premise.
- Generate and deliver quality, scalable code with technical documentation.
- Solve complex problems using SQL to maintain the system operation of both software and embedded hardware.
- Troubleshoot problems with audio/video hardware, storage and network.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
- Continually assess the performance and support operation of specific software
- Update and contribute to the online knowledge base
Tech Environment (highly desirable to have exposure to these technologies)
- Networking
- TCP/IP
- Database
- SQL
- Storage
- Apps including MAM, Oracle EBS, PAM, & Adobe Creative Cloud
availability & expectations.
**This role is based in Sydney there will be a requirement to work in the CBD office on a hybrid (2-3 days a week) basis.
