Our client is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their growing support team due to a promotion.

You will work in an extremely collaborative environment with exciting opportunities to get involved and upskill, perfect for analysts and engineers looking to leverage existing skills in networking (TCP/IP) and databases (SQL).


Any background with video or media formats is highly desirable but not a must-have


Working for one of Australia's leading media organisations, we're seeking a App Support Analyst who can work closely with a team of 6 other analyst and report into the App Team Lead.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide support (Level 1/2) to customer sites on a rostered basis either or at the customer's premise.
  • Generate and deliver quality, scalable code with technical documentation.
  • Solve complex problems using SQL to maintain the system operation of both software and embedded hardware.
  • Troubleshoot problems with audio/video hardware, storage and network.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Continually assess the performance and support operation of specific software
  • Update and contribute to the online knowledge base

Tech Environment (highly desirable to have exposure to these technologies)

availability & expectations.
**This role is based in Sydney there will be a requirement to work in the CBD office on a hybrid (2-3 days a week) basis.
