Position Summary:


The Lead Salesforce role will be responsible for building and mentorship of a multi-skilled Salesforce team as well as design and implementing Salesforce solutions for our customers that follow best practices in both IT and Salesforce projects.


Mandatory Skills:


  • Delivered integration projects using Informatica, Cast Iron, Boomi, Scribe, Pervasive, or similar technologies.
  • Detailoriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Handson and able to code in APEX and Visualforce.
  • Clientfocused attitude.
  • A customer advocate.
  • 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems.
  • Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents.
  • Lead technical design sessions and writing technical design documents.
  • Manage the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions.
  • Manage technical scope and client expectation.
  • Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues and contribute to delivery of the same.
