The Position
Working with a passionate leader and a knowledgeable and diverse team, you will be responsible for but not limited to;

Monitor outstanding hired equipment IOUs
Administer Owed Equipment Redemption Policy
Ensure that all control procedures are followed at all times.
Identify areas of noncompliance and report to Manager
Maintain the compliance of control procedures for hire equipment
Undertake account reconciliation, physical stocktakes, hire balance analysis
Promote a good culture of the value of hire equipment and equipment control
Facilitate a close relationship with the equipment suppliers
Manage the operation of the 2IC pallet control system
Report on all equipment hire and equipment
Ensure compliance with statutory OH&S Legislation
Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external clients
Any other related task as directed by the Manager
Demonstrated customer service experience within a similar role
Manufacturing/ FMCG experience an advantage
Experience using large ERP
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level attention to detail
Ability to work in a busy, fastpaced work environment
