Call Center - Inbound Sales

We are looking for superstar customer service agents to assist us with a high volume, inbound customer service project with an immediate start.

We will have full training available from our St.
Kilda Rd office starting (3rd Feb) with work being available from the office.
Experience in Customer Service fields such as contact center, retail or hospitality preferred.
Hours will vary but will include weekday and weekend work during the hours of 8am - 8pm.
We are looking for people who are available immediately for this ongoing project.

  • Excellent in customer service
  • With excellent English communication, listening and organizational skills.
  • Able to solve problems and work as part of a team
  • Adept in learning quickly
  • Complainthandling experience is an advantage.
